Are vaxed having photosensitive epilepsy on the train tracks?

You can see in the shocking video below that some persons are having what looks like partial complex seizures with aura that includes visual and/or auditory hallucinations, and then their seizures generalize to become “tonic-clonic” where they are unconscious.

The videos of persons falling into the train tracks is particularly shocking. You may notice that when trains go by persons are exposed to a rapid change in lighting from the doors and cars of the train and/or rapid blocking and unblocking of background lights. It is known that flashing lights can cause seizures called photosensitive epilepsy, and we wonder if this is why there are a few videos of persons seizing when a train comes. We assume these are not epileptics who would likely be taking anti-seizure medications to prevent seizures.

I've showed people the HHS VAERS data base, the EU EUDRA data base, Medicare/Medicaid data bases, Dept of Defense data bases (DMED) etc,  totaling hundreds of thousands of vaccine deaths (the real number is in the millions), and millions of serious vaccine injuries (means life is over), but people still want to argue and deny this isn't happening.
