My sister this morning texted me on whatsapp asking my opinion about TV News saying the Island of Sardinia will get a water from sea (mediterranean) 3 times more than normal amount. So she is getting all nervous and anxious about this news and worried about her house on the coast at less than a 1km from the sea.

Why is Russia now building up and out their manufacturing backed by the gov?
Example would be: large appliances (refrigerators, washers), auto plants, plane making facilities, small appliance, soft drinks, things like that.
