You can make your own repellent using any kitchen oil like olive mixed with around 5 to 10% of either lemon grass essential oil, citronella or both. It only takes a small amount of this applied here and there to deter mosquitoes and other pests. There are pre-made alternatives available at stores like Natural Grocer as well.

You can also grow mosquito repellent plants at your front and back doors to stop them coming in the house 🤗

Oh and drink old fashioned tonic water for the quinine in the blood stream.😉🤗

Shouldve also added some info about sunscreen and the toxins in that stuff 😉 i feel like ever since I became aware of this, the sunscreen propaganda has gotten worse. Maybe because I live in FL (basically Sarasota lol), but everywhere I go, someone is emphasizing the importance of using sunscreen. And cosmetics! (Maybe because I'm female...) everyone is constantly talking about using cosmetics that have sunscreen....

Its so over-bearing lately that it becomes an immediate red flag. Why is everyone so interested in having me bathe in sunscreen - even if I'm not going outside? 🤔

Well the answer is obvious. But so many people still don't know that sunscreen is one of the top causes of skin cancer- not sunshine.

"...locally acquired cases of malaria..."

Curious wording.

Good pick up, that just means, "see, we can just lie right to your face."

Maybe malaria is actually a canned drink and comes in cases of six or twelve.

Maybe they were bought at the local big box store. Probably at a deep discount.

I used to buy the best mosquito repellant in Walmart, outdoors section, until it was discontinued. It was Cutter, solid stick. I don't know what the formula was, but it was damn effective. This was in the late 80's, where I did all my work, sometimes late into the night, on an open carport on motorcycles and hot rods, in south eastern South Carolina.

Later, moved into a place that has a 2 car indoor garage in Georgia, and gave up the motorcycles due to a bone disease.

I seem to recall seeing; maybe using; a stick insect repellant some years ago. I just did a quick search and found Cutter's webpage; I checked to see; just for kicks; if they make it any more. Sadly; they don't. (https://www.cutterinsectrepellents.com/Solution-Center/Personal.aspx?pageNum=1)

It seems so often that the things that work the best end up being discontinued.

I'm sorry about your bone disease. I hope you're doing well in spite of it.

Were you by chance taking Vit D or anything containing it? That is literal rat poi§0n. Compare the ingredient of your vitD with D-Con (just the name tells ya) cholecalciferol

which breaks down/melts bones of rats and people...the opposite of what they promote as bonebuilding vitD

While one does not believe everything you read on the internet, I was not taking anything, at all.

In other words I should not believe you? and you don't care about the info I just shared? Cog dis, it looks like.

I am new here, so now I know what to expect.

I will likely unsub soon if I get more of these dumbdown responses.

Good luck. My people perish for lack of knowledge.

With your bad English, too. Maybe it's your 2nd language?

[Some]ONE does not believe everything I read? Who is 'one'?

Hmmm, I wouldn't expect them to.

I guess my info was meant for others here.

And I had hoped to get info from you for my ongoing VitD/§upplements investigation. They are toxic p0i§0ns made from waste/byproducts.

I'm gathering evidence...Glad you don't take them...

Don't shoot the messenger, I was trying to help YOU.

Nope, sorry, wrong again, my only language.

Do as you please, your info was not pertinent to my situation, but to react badly as you did astounds me.
