How science saved me from the malware monster

I recently had to submit a large web site to google for approval of indexing in their system for certain services (no it wasn’t porn you dirty minds…) The site seemed to be up there ok but then Google’s automated system told me there was a suspicion of a “malware monster” inside. They said there were a number of suspicious URLs and gave me one. A number of monsters? Good God, I thought I was glad just to be alive.

First I used my desk top folder search of the site but didn’t find the URL. Sent screen shots of the result to Google but

👉they still wouldn’t approve the site.

Then I decided to use a free on-line tool, well I found the most simple one to use of course and found these guys,

They gave me a report stating that the suspicious URL was neither in my source text or source code. GREAT! I thought “I’ll just tell Google and that’d be the end of it”. I mean, all these techies know each other from school don’t they?

👉GOOGLE STILL WOULDN’T APPROVE MY SITE!

I then paid my ISP some big buckos to the tune of about $200 to use their “priority tool”. They also found no malware nor could they find the suspicious URL google gave me.

I sent the report to Google and asked them to reevaluate the site,

👉GOOGLE STILL SAID THE MALWARE MONSTER WAS IN THERE!!

Now this little proton was getting really peed-off at these people.

control studies SS assiduously for hints, I decided to remove all of the 100 or so pages in the site and just leave a top page saying, “Out to Lunch”, no code, no CSS, no JAVA, no other pages full-stop. I asked Google to look at the site again.

Now I had a full-on F**ck**g nuclear cOnnIpTiOn

Calming down and thinking of Jamie, I realized my control had check-mated Google into the fact that their “malware tests” were no better then the Covid pcr, and actually yelled that very logic at them on the phone, “do you guys believe that a positive pcr from a swab with no patient sample has any fucking meaning?!”

👉THAT WORKED and they finally approved my page. Whoop-de-do!

Epilogue

I made a complaint to Google listing Google itself as a Terrorist organization. Lets see how far that goes….
