Here I will make a summary of the cell culture procedure looking for cytopathologic effect (CPE).

CPE is a toxicology study of monkey kidney cells for whatever sample you put in it. It is not a scientific experiment even if there were purified particles used because the cell culture is a mixed substrate with undeterminable and changing content (abnormal genetics, millions of ongoing chemical reactions, and added material like antibiotics, etc).

-The study of patient fluid (patient sample) as an independent variable (IV, the thing you want to test an effect of) in a toxicology study is a valid study design. However, patient fluid doesn't tell you much about the finding of or effects of a virus, whether or not that is the stated purpose of the study.

-Adding nothing to the cell culture as in the Japan time lapse video shown in this post is a type of validation of the procedure itself in looking for CPE. The cell culture substrate without any patient sample running on its own shows a similar kind of CPE as is commonly seen in virology studies. This proves the study is invalid before needing any other control. It’s like a bicycle that doesn’t move when you pedal it, naturally you can’t use it to test endurance. It just goes into the garbage.

-Some persons opine that you need to use purified virus as an IV for a valid test of CPE. First, this is reifying virus existence because there is no such thing as a purified virus. They should use the term, “purified particles”. In any case, the cell culture as currently used is invalid as noted above.

-What about putting purified particles in a cell culture that doesn’t self-destruct like an immortal cell line even with antibiotics and other substances added? I’m not sure this cell culture exists. While these additives increase variable complexity, this type of study could theoretically tell you that the purified particles destroyed the cells, and you could look in the cells on EM to see if the virus particles were in the cells (how they got into the cells would be hard to determine). We would still need controls with nothing added, and immortal cell lines have abnormal genetics and thus abnormal biochemistry so this is not the same as putting purified particles in the natural tissue substrate of a living body (it’s sounding like a cellular house of horrors actually). CPE seen in an the immortal cell line case would need to be put together with many other studies on the purified particles, and CPE in itself doesn’t prove a virus has been found.

👉Note that the topic of what a valid independent variable is for a cell-culture that might be tested in virology has become a hot topic resulting in censorship of myself and others who question the front and center no-virus narrative of, “there has never been a valid control used for cell-cultures in virology”.

👉As noted in this comment and post, we do consider a no-patient sample as a valid control to confirm if a cell-culture can be used as study of CPE. In addition, CPE as an endpoint has multiple problems and limited study utility no matter how you slice it because of the issues discussed above.

Such a great and easy to understand breakdown of the scam PM, thank you!

Truly unbelievable how they cannot see the obvious flaws in their own reasoning even when you walk them through it.

Your sense of humor is fabulous too! >> “This study allowed us to see things we have never seen before.” (does she mean because of the tight pants?)." 😂

Thanks for laughing Mia, I didn't actually see her in pants but if they can imagine viruses, I can imagine...

Also, your controls post made me think to re-do this one as it is on that very topic. This was a no-patient sample cell culture serving as one proof that cell-cultures can not test for cytopathic effect (no matter how well your pants fit).

Happy to hear I played a small part in a great post.

These no-patient controls are a fantastic way to demonstrate the unsound reasoning behind the cell culture experiments.

The video makes this one an especially good example of these "validation mechanisms" (great way to describe it BTW!)

Right, the word "control" has taken on a life of it's own so I wanted to find a neutral synonym.

PCR isn't just bad at high cycles.... It's bullshit from the start, just like the double slit quantum theory experiment which also has wrong methods.... Sound familiar? Methods with huge ASSumptions just like virology.

Even one cycle is crazy because they assume the copies are perfect (they are not!).

It's a glorified wanna be replicator from Star Trek, lol.

Kary Mullis was saying how doing many cycles you end up finding everything like the Buddhist idea of everything in nothing. I'm not sure if he understood that the idea of the invention itself is insane.

A lot of this genetics stuff is pretty insane and inaccurate, which is expected because it's a pseudo science.

Good recap! Someone has to keep hammering the last nail on this coffin before it spits out another insufferable wave of viral bullcrap. Part of me wonders whether another load would stick to the normies the next time after the insanity we just went through. I sincerely hope we don't get to run that experiment but it's definitely a possibility. The majority still believe TV propaganda about viruses and contagion... I hear the muttering when I get up close to the herd.

It is totally understandable wanting to get over with "it" asap, but I BELIEVE this sort of "hastiness" and urgency makes everyone subconsciously prone to being lured back into SELF-DECEPTION by buying into the "quick-solutions" - LIES - which THE SYNAGOGUE OF DECEIT is constantly (24/7) offering to EACH AND EVERYONE, as he/she feels the urge to get on with LIFE .... but pondering THE TRUTH IS LIFE.

Otherwise it would be inexplicable that over millennia 30%+ of minds buy into EACH AND EVERY LIE - 40% of minds go along with it (wanting to get on with life/ "profiting" from it) - 25-29% of minds being neither hot nor cold - 1 - 5% of minds are speaking up in their respective walks of life by accepting the consequences LIFE asks of those accepting "nothing" but THE TRUTH.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer has a brilliant explanation for above "statistics", PLATO'S MENTAL PRISON CAVE is are more ancient take on it ... anyone interested in it, there are even YT videos about it.

Everyone in the camp of THE TRUTH has to be aware that he is participating in ultra-mega-super marathon with a trillion headed hydra, which is using every trick under the sun available.

THE LORD JESUS CHRIST did not claim for NO REASON "My kingdom is not OF this world"!

When one is engaged in circular reasoning the wonderful journey in the rolling sunlit hills of confirmation bias is unending. So it is with the unfalsifiable belief that lies at the epistemological foundation of the virological delusion born simply out of rigid ignorance and cemented adherence to a preconceived 19th century surety that the answer lay with a hitherto unseen 'germ', which is still to this day looking to prove its existence in Hisenberg's realm of 'in silico' uncertainty.

So this belief, like phlogiston persists, unseen, undemonstrated, lacking methodological integrity and bereft of clinical and scientific provenance. Much like the theories of Dr Sutherland DO and cranio-sacral osteopathy, who examined a disarticulated human cranium and concluded that the bevelled edges of the temporal bones resembled the gills of a fish. From this he imagined a rhythmic "breathing" motion in the cranial vault, and hey prestissimo, cranial manipulation was born. The adherents are quite similar to virologists: fanatical, and belief driven. Like virologists, impossible to foster any intellectual engagement that transcends a pervading belief in something that doesn't exist.

Respectfully, I think we need to be more careful with our language.

"The no patient sample condition, as seen in the video above thus serves as a control or validation mechanism for the cell culture."

The no-patient-sample experiment is not a valid control for the virologists' purposes. It shows that virologists are ridiculous in their typical assumption that CPE are caused by a "virus" in a clinical sample, which highlights the invalid nature of their cell culture experiments. It doesn't validate anything.

Expand full comment

You are correct virologists are ridiculous Christine.

Here “validation mechanism” means a way that shows the PROCEDURE MAY be valid (it would need additional testing obviously), or invalid (in which case the test should just be toast), which is what was shown in the time-lapse vid with no-patient sample, and is very similar to Lanka’s test showing increasing CPE with increasing antibiotic dose up to the dose virologists use, the antibiotic dose being a useful validation mechanism. The no-patient sample is a condition, and a condition is a valid independent variable. It is just letting the procedure show its natural self as an invalid (incompetent) procedure to test the with-patient sample as a condition looking for CPE.

A condition is a valid type of independent variable. On this site,

https://practicalpie.com/independent-variable/

"An independent variable is a CONDITION or factor that researchers manipulate to observe its effect on another variable, known as the dependent variable".👉In our CPE test here, patient fluid in or not in the culture is the condition.

It is like pollution in #12 on the site, “Pollution and Air Quality. Investigating the effects of different pollution levels on air quality...the pollution level is the independent variable”, and air quality is the dependent variable (like cellular integrity in the CPE test). Adding or removing a condition is a valid way to get data on what is happening to a test system.

You can't validate an invalid study design that doesn't even have a valid IV and can't possibly show the existence of a "virus" - which is the purpose of the virologists' studies - no matter what the results are. Their experiments are invalid on their face.

Validity relates to whether or not the design fits the purpose. Dr. Lanka had an entirely different purpose, he was not trying to convince anyone of a "virus".

"The no-patient sample is a condition, and a condition is a valid independent variable."

I used to work as a statistician, so I'm well aware of what an IV is.

A variable has to have variation. The "no-patient-sample" is not a variable. I guess you're saying that the presence/absence of a patient sample is the variable here. But it's not a valid IV for someone wanting to study a potential "virus", which is what the researchers claim to be doing.

This isn't your study, it's the researchers' and for their purpose it was invalid. Us pointing out that CPE can occur without a patient sample doesn't make their study design valid.

Claiming that virologists implement a "validation mechanism for the cell culture" and actually run valid experiments and validate something is giving them way too much credit. Virologists are only showing how stupid virology is with their invalid methods and retarded assumptions.
