Without ever having characterized the particle (because it doesn't exist), its density remains unknown. And with an unknown density there is no way to determine where to look for the particle in the ultracentrifuge. This is like looking for a unicorn in the wood, their assumed habitat, because it sounds so romantic. But what if unicorns are only to be found in the sewerage? We'll never know.
Second is the magical mystery of antobodies. Antibodies allegedly are only to be found because of their binding to the according antigen (that piece on the surface of "viruses"). Antibodies are alleged results of former "infection or vaccination" Then when antibodies are found later on, how can they bind to anything while antigens to team with should be impossible because of the fitting antibody? The same antibody that can't even develop and show up anymore because of the lack of antigen? There would not be anything left to enable the binding. Or else, in the presence of antibodies every antigentest should be positive in the future. How can ever be distinguished between old and acute "infection" on the background of "asymptomatic cases" and latency? The antigens are allegedly only replication competent and survivable inside the cell, that's why virology calls them "intracellular, replication competent parasites", which are never to be found outside a cell, not even in aerosols or other bodyly fluids, which makes it even more mysterious when it comes to "transmission"... So the cell invasion which produces and makes the antibodies detecteable should be impossible in the first place.

On the density, my guess is that they theoretically go around the density for 100nm size particle because these are too small to be seen on light mic, and are the supposed sizes of a virus and look at as many bands as possible between 50nm and 150nm and see if there are nearly purified objects, then characterize. But since they never even do this, you would be correct that we don't know what's going on. They do find phages at 30nm size though, so it is possible. Virology is fraud so that's the real reason they don't even try, yes!
2. On antibodies you have a point, though I've been coming at it from angle of non-specificity of epitopes noted on T cells:

There may be multiple root causes but one example would be gastroparesis (possible vagus nerve permanent damage) leading to dysbiosis, poorly digested foods (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) that can lead to leaky gut and the transfer of microbes including fungus to other parts of the body where they shouldn't normally be.
Symptoms such as chronic brain fog, fatigue, inflammation can also be the result of regular toxic inputs through, diet, products and environment. poor lifestyle choices and so called genetic conditions although I would now add vaccine damage as another root cause.

If not you can tell them they relabeled the flu and got you to take lots of tests and drugs that will hurt you.
